Operation and Quality
With a track-record of almost 17 years in business functions spanning across strategic planning, quality assurance & regulatory compliance, and operations, Vincent Chong heads up the Operations and Quality function in the Star Education Group. He also holds the appointment of Vice President at PSB Academy overseeing corporate services functions in Organisation Development & Quality Assurance, Administration & Facilities, Information & Communication Technology and the Learning Resource Centre.
As the Management Representative for the EduTrust scheme administered by the Singapore Government’s Committee for Private Education, Vincent successfully led the Academy to become among the first private education institutions to achieve the full 4-year EduTrust certification in early 2010 within 9 months of his tenure. Vincent has also played an instrumental role in establishing the Academy’s Education Excellence Framework and the renewal of another full 4-year EduTrust certification in 2014.
Vincent’s current appointment taps onto his deep knowledge of the school operations from front-end student services and enrolment to the back-end logistics of scheduling, programme delivery and course management. In addition, his cross-functional management responsibilities span across corporate and business planning, project management, regional sales and distribution, as well as the management of existing partners and development of new partnerships.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science (Management) from the University of London.
